We offer free shipping for orders over $100. For orders less than $100, USPS shipping costs are calculated during checkout, with several options available.

Make sure your cart total is at least $100, then type FREESHIP into the coupon box and click the 'Apply coupon' button. You will see a confirmation that the coupon has applied successfully. The shipping method will automatically change to reflect "free shipping."

NOTE: if using Apple Pay on iPhone, you will also need to scroll down to shipping options and manually select "free shipping."

We ship within the contiguous United States (all states except Alaska and Hawaii).

Orders received before 12:00 pm (CST) will be shipped the following business day. Orders received after 12:00 pm (CST) will be shipped within 2 business days.

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that contains a tracking number.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any purchases made on this website.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send an email to info@cortezfacialplasticsurgery.com

When placing your first order, you’ll see an optional checkbox to create an account.

Make sure to select that checkbox. You'll then be able to log in to place future orders, as well as view order history. The first order is what activates the account.
